Services in Thames Valley and London, UK

Rates

All rates are in pounds sterling and are exclusive of VAT which will be charged at the current rate for UK services. Parking charges (e.g. at airports) are not included and will be charged at cost. All charges start and finish at the originating Shadow Carriage service location, with the exception of airport transfers.

Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Cellular Phones

All calls are charged at 50p per unit (National) exc. VAT and 85p per unit (International). Call charges are calculated on the basis of 3 units per minute for National calls and 5 units per minute for International calls.

Bank Holidays

A surcharge of 25% will be made for services provided on Bank or Public Holidays and 50% on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Years Day.

Cancellation Charges

Cancellations received within 3 hours of the commencement of the service and ‘no shows’ will be charged at either the airport transfer or minimum charge rate.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards, monthly account facilities are available upon request.

Chauffeurs overnight accommodation and meal allowance

When it is necessary for our Chauffeurs to spend the night away, a fixed charge of 60 pounds (exec. VAT) will apply. Also for each period of 8 hours a chauffeurs meal allowance of 10 pounds (exec VAT) will be charged.

Gratuities

Gratuities are at the client’s discretion.

Notes for your Guidance

• All vehicles are fully insured against passenger liability
• All Car Park and Parking Meter Fees are chargeable
• Times and mileages are charged from and to our garage
• Express overtime and mileage limitations are calculated at basic rate
• The chauffeur will drive at reasonable speeds according to his judgment of road conditions and traffic at any particular time
• 24 hours, 365 day service
• Special rates for extended time
• 25 % surcharge on Public Holidays, 50% surcharge on Christmas Day, and New Years Day
• Quotations on journeys not listed will be given on request
• All major credit cards accepted
